We are new to Caring Communities or I'm a new Risk Manager - what do I do next?

What events must be reported to Caring Communities? How and when do I report these events?
Member organizations should submit all relevant events and claims to CCSS in accordance with the reportable events reporting policy and procedure. Every effort should be made to consistently report events and claims meeting the criteria to within 7 days of the date of loss. Though organizations should still report if date of loss is beyond 7 days. The Caring Communities Incident Reporting Guide is available here.
